Company, LLP & Startup Registration
Complete documentation support to set up your company, LLP or startup correctly from day one, so you do not have to restructure later.
Often used by startup founders, manufacturers and traders and service businesses.
The problem, in plain English
Most businesses start as a proprietorship because it is quick. The trouble comes later: a bank wants audited accounts, an investor wants shares, or a new partner wants a written stake. Changing structure at that point costs time and money, and sometimes tax.
Choosing the right structure at the start avoids that. A private limited company separates your personal assets from the business and lets you issue shares. An LLP gives partners limited liability with fewer formalities. A one person company suits a solo founder who wants a company from day one.
The legal minimums matter too. For example, a private limited company needs at least two directors and two shareholders, and an LLP needs at least two designated partners. We confirm the current rules for your case before we file.
Government fees and stamp duty depend on the structure and your authorised capital. We tell you the exact amount before we start.
Who this is for
- Founders starting a new business who want to raise money later
- Proprietors and partnerships ready to move to a company or LLP
- Professionals setting up a firm with partners
- Startups that want DPIIT (Startup India) recognition
What we do
-
Choose the structure
We talk through your plans for funding, partners, liability and tax, and recommend a private limited company, LLP or one person company.
-
Reserve the name
We check that the name is available and not too close to existing companies or trademarks, then apply for approval.
-
Prepare and file the incorporation
We prepare digital signatures, the founding documents and the incorporation forms on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal, and track them to approval.
-
Finish the start-up registrations
Once the certificate of incorporation is issued, we complete the bank account paperwork, GST registration if needed, and Startup India recognition if you qualify.
-
Set up your first-year compliance
We give you a calendar of what is due in the first year, such as the auditor appointment and board meetings, and handle it if you want us to.
Documents you will need

Questions we are often asked
Should I register a private limited company or an LLP?
A private limited company suits you if you plan to raise equity from investors or issue ESOPs. An LLP is usually simpler and cheaper to run, and suits professional firms and family businesses that do not need outside investors. We recommend one after a short conversation about your plans.
Can I use my home address as the registered office?
Yes, in most cases. You need a recent utility bill for the address and a no-objection letter from the owner if the property is not in your name.
How long does company registration take?
Usually two to three weeks once all documents are ready. Delays mostly come from name objections or mismatched details in identity documents, which we check before filing.
What is Startup India (DPIIT) recognition and do I need it?
It is a government recognition for eligible new businesses that unlocks certain tax and compliance benefits. It is optional. We check whether you qualify and whether the benefits are worth applying for.
What do I have to do after the company is registered?
A company has yearly filings, an annual audit and board meetings, even in its first year with little revenue. We set up a simple compliance calendar so nothing is missed.
